It must surely be some kind of musical crime that the only way to hear this version of The Parting Glass is over the end credits of Finnegan’s Foursome. The arrangement by Séamus Egan along with Brian’s vocals (credit also to Moira Smiley’s harmonies) are so delicate and poignant. It deserves to be more widely available!
